We ordered utilizing the online order service. We ordered 2 hours ahead of time, using my registered account. Name, phone number, address, all the usuals. We ask for the order to be delivered at 11 because the site said delivery hours were til 11. We called at 10:30 to verify that they got our order and they informed me that they got it but would not be able to complete the order because they would be closed at 11. They did not call to tell us they could not honor our order or to ask if they could bring it early or anything. They have not been very accomidating at times to us and we order from them probably once a week if not more. We decided that we will probably not use them any longer.
